''Vitreorana antisthenesi'' is a species of frog in the Centrolenidae family. Two common names are sometimes used to refer to this species: Rancho Grande Glass Frog and Aragua Glass Frog. The systematic position of this species has recently changed. It was originally described under the genus ''Centrolenella'' (a genus now synonym of ''Centrolene'') in 1963, it was later changed to the genus ''Hyalinobatrachium'' in 1991, but currently it is placed in the genus ''Vitreorana''. It is endemic to Venezuela. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montane forests, and rivers.
